Robert C. Pelle, Jr.
Rob is serial entrepreneur. He started his first company at the age of 12 employing his friends in a yard service partnership. He sold Handy Services, a property maintenance company at the age of 30 for $780,000. In 1993 he and his partner sold their startup software company, Trace Business Systems (TBS), for $3.6M.
Rob spent nearly 30 years in Technology and Management Consulting. Following the sale of TBS, he consulted with NASA turning the failing Mission Control Center upgrade into a show case of Modern Technology and on time delivery. In the Mid 1990s he built the consulting division of Platinum Technology and then Project Turnaround Practice for Metamor Worldwide prior to its purchase by PSInet for an estimated $1.6B in 2001. Rob has also built an outdoor sporting goods retail operation, a kiteboarding school, and a construction company.
Rob is an outdoor enthusiast. He is an avid backpacker, whitewater kayaker, mountain biker, and kiteboarder. He is a PASA Certified Kiteboarding instructor and former ACA Whitewater Kayak, and Swiftwater Rescue instructor.
He is a Boy Scout. As a boy he attained the rank of Life Scout. He was a Venture Crew Leader, Scoutmaster, Instructor at the University of Scouting, and member of the Sam Houston Area Council High Adventure Committee.
Rob has been an Instructor for Dale Carnegie Training, Life Solutions, and Franklin Covey to deliver their leadership workshops. Rob is also the Chief Operations Officer for Legacy Enterprises LLC, a real estate investment and management company.
Dr. Cathy Kemper-Pelle
She is a leader that empowers leaders. She has a Ed.D. in Leadership from the prestigious John Roueche Community College Leadership Program at the University of Texas. She has spent the last 15 years leading at the executive level in community colleges. Dr. Kemper-Pelle is also an avid outdoors woman. She is the force behind the outdoor leadership experience. Cathy combined an outdoor leadership course with a biology field experience for Tomball College for 7 years. She led trips to the Buffalo River in Arkansas, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Costa Rica.
Cathy is currently the President of Rogue Community College in southern Oregon. Her participation in Infinite Legacy activities is limited as she builds the leadership team that will shape the vision, mission, and strategic plan of this vibrant college for the next decade.
She has a true gift for customer service. She sees the best in everyone she meets and helps bring it out.Katie is a dynamic, focused, and dedicated leader with a passion for helping others reach their personal goals. Her genuinely friendly personality and compassionate nature allow her to connect with clients in amazing ways, finding best-fit solutions and answers that help nurture the best interests of everyone involved.
Katie earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in “Queer Youth Advocacy” including gender studies, queer studies, and communication from Marylhurst University in Marylhurst Oregon. She is a tireless advocate for children and the acceptance of alternate lifestyles.
Katie is is an accomplished motivational speaker. She speaks from the heart and a wealth of personal experience. Her knowledge of personal introspection, visioning, and goal alignment has been acquired in over 25 years of study, experimentation, and practice. She is also a Customer Service Trainer and Manager for a international call center.
